of kea and London. his organization 'the Athens centre' cultivates educational
events and cultural moments. He lectures on modern Greece and is currently
producing two plays, 'Romeo and Julliet' and 'Oedipous' to be performed
this summer on the island of Spetses and in Athens.

This collection launched Handshake Editions, 1986. When Ted was scheduled to read at UNESCO, I suggested we edit a small collection of his poetry to sell at the reading. Temporarily out of print.
This collection of autobiographical stories has an underground following. It is more or less out of print. (Maybe there are four or five copies still available.) A French-language translation has been prepared, but never published. We plan to reprint.

This little gem of a story was first published in HORSESHIT, a magazine written, edited, and published by Tom Dunker and his brother, Robert. As far as I know, it is out of print. I would love to put it back into print.
After several editions, Handshake gave the book to Judith Malina to reprint in the USA.

This tour de force collection of essays was first published in her native Danish and slowly but surely gathered a following. It now exists in at least a dozen languages. It was published in Britain and America and when it went out of print, it was not reprinted. Some years ago, while lunching in Paris with Suzanne. I bemoaned the fact that it was out of print in English. By the time our lunch was over, it was decided that Handshake would keep it in print. And we have.
